LTC Roll expands operations with acquisition of 153,000 SF facility

L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International announced that LTC Roll & Engineering has purchased a 153,000 square foot facility located at 7177 Marine City Highway in Marine City, Michigan. This property will complement its current portfolio of buildings, which total over 200,000 square feet in Clinton Township and Fraser. LTC Roll & Engineering is a world‐class manufacturer of metallic components and assemblies supplying the Automotive, Building Products, and Alternative Energy market segments.
