Hilco Real Estate, LLC announced the sale of a Class-A office building located just off Route 22 and Waukegan Road in desirable Bannockburn, Illinois. The property, Bannockburn Lake Office Plaza Complex, was on the market for over two years before the owners engaged Hilco Real Estate to sell the property. Once Hilco Real Estate took over the sales process and implemented their targeted marketing strategy, it took only 40 days to secure a buyer and facilitate the closing.
