Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of Oak Pointe Plaza in Eau Claire, Wis.
Eau Claire-based Menards Inc. purchased the 133,883-square-foot center for $13.1 million.
Oak Pointe Plaza is located at the northwest quadrant of Interstate-94 and Highway-53. The center is anchored by TJ Maxx, DSW, Ashley Furniture, Office Max and Hancock Fabrics.
Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Mark Robinson of Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of affiliates of Minneapolis-based Värde Partners.
