NelsonHill has completed the sale of 1120 W. Exchange Avenue in Chicago’s Stockyard Industrial Park to industrial flooring systems firm Florock for $2.85 million.
Michael Nelson, SIOR, and Mark Nelson, SIOR, principals with NelsonHill represented the seller, The Missner Group, while Adam Tarantur, Corey Chase and Kyle A. McKechnie from Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International represented the buyer.
The purchaser, a 63-year-old global firm wanted to consolidate other locations into one site. The 87,982-square-foot property sits on 2.77 acres featuring more than 40 parking spaces, ceiling heights of 17′ to 22′ and a 4,000-square-foot office. It also features two interior docks and two overhead doors.
