An 81-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is scheduled to open May 1 in Waterloo, Iowa.
Located at 2134 La Porte Road, the new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Cedar Valley Hospitality.
The hotel will feature amenities such as a “connect and print” area in the lobby offering both standing and seated Internet stations, a 24/7 Corner Market, indoor swimming pool, exercise room, valet laundry service and electric-car charging station.
