St. Louis’ Sansone Group has expanded its multifamily division, earning the management contracts for 15 new residential properties.
The new buildings hold a total of 950 apartment units, bringing Sansone Group’s total multifamily portfolio to 5,249 units.
Sansone Group is providing all on-site staff as part of the contract, including property management and leasing personnel. Because of this, Sansone Group has hired 48 new employees.
The new properties are located in Missouri and Illinois.
