Pinnacle has opened the pre-leasing of Millennium West End, a six-floor modern mid-rise apartment building in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Millennium West End has 158 units, and sits just west of the Minneapolis Central Business District. Located at 5245 Wayzata Blvd. at the southwest corner of Interstate-394 and Highway-100 in the Twin Cities’ West End neighborhood, the property has access to upscale shopping, fine dining, entertainment and major employment centers.
Pre-leasing began at the community on April 1.
Millennium offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 540 to 1,414 square feet. The project features views of downtown, gourmet kitchens with Stainless Steel appliances, Granite counter tops, a wine chiller, custom closets, bike repair station and in-wall Bluetooth receivers/speakers in every apartment home.
