Mid-America Real Estate Corporation‘s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Randhurst Village. The purchaser, Tarrytown, New York-based DLC Management Corporation purchased the 1,009,937-square-foot regional power and lifestyle center.
Randhurst Village is located at the northeast corner of Rand Road (Route 12) and Elmhurst Road (Route 83) in the established northwest suburban community of Mount Prospect. The center boasts a line-up of creditworthy national tenants including Costco, Home Depot, Jewel-Osco, AMC Theaters, Carson Pirie Scott, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, PetSmart and World Market.
Ben Wineman, Stanley Nitzberg and Carly Gallagher of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New York City-based JP Morgan Asset Management.
