Glendale Heights, Ill. (DuPage County) – Art Van Furniture signed a lease for 40,000 square feet at High Grove Center located at the southeast corner of Army Trail and Schmale Roads in Glendale Heights, Ill.
Art Van Furniture will anchor the 60,837-square-foot center that is shadow-anchored by Super Target. The location is expected to open November 2015.
Mid-America Vice Presidents Liz Krebs and Katie Hennegan and Leasing Representative Angela Gasbarro represented the landlord. Stan Bobowski of Bobowski Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
Downers Grove, Ill. (DuPage County) – Michaels signed a lease for 19,940 square feet at Finley Square located at the northeast corner of Butterfield and Finley Roads in Downers Grove, Ill.
The 310,946-square-foot center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart and buybuy Baby. The location is expected to open August 2015.

Chicago (Cook County) – Fallas Paredes signed a lease for 11,000 square feet at Kedzie Plaza at the southeast corner of 47th Street and Kedzie Avenue in Chicago.
The 54,637-square-foot center is shadow-anchored by Pete’s Fresh Market. The location is expected to open August 2015.

Bloomingdale, Ill. (DuPage County) – Pier 1 Imports signed a lease for 10,000 square feet at Bloomingdale Court located at the southwest corner of Army Trail and Schmale Roads.
The center is anchored by Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less and Best Buy. The location is expected to open September 2015.
