The property sold for more than $1.4 million.
Arthur Kaplan and Lisa Sickinger, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.
The building is situated on an outparcel in front of Kroger in the heart of the predominant retail trade area of Steubenville. The asset was sold to a private investor who resides in California.
