DTZ has made three key promotions in its Columbus, Ohio, office.
Randy Stephens has been promoted to managing director. During his more than 25-year career, Stephens has leased or sold more than 20 million square feet of office space totaling more than $2 billion in transaction value.
Andy Hopkins has been promoted to vice president. Since joining DTZ in 2011, Hopkins has directed
property management for Equity Office’s Columbus portfolio, nearly 2 million square feet.
Barb York has been promoted to senior property manager. She plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of a significant portion of Equity Office’s Columbus portfolio.
