McShane Construction Company will handle the design/build construction of a new 105,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for Design Ready Controls in the Capstone Business Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
McShane was selected by Capstone Quadrangle to complete the the build-to-suit assignment as part of the initial phase of the developer’s 20-acre business center.
The new building will sit on a six-acre site at 93rd Avenue and U.S.-169 at 9325 Winnetka Avenue North. McShane Construction is scheduled to break grond on the project in early May, with the fast-track completion scheduled for December of this year.
