CBRE has announced that Brennan Investment Group leased a 26,033-square-foot industrial space at 3841-3865 Swanson Court in Gurnee, Illinois, to MV Plastics Company.
Ryan Bain and Zach Graham in CBRE’s Industrial Properties group, represented the landlord in this transaction. Brad Weiner, Whit Heitman and Sam Badger of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant.
