Justin Kramper has joined Swansea, Illinois-based Holland Construction Services as an MEP project manager.
Kramper brings more than 10 years experience in construction management and the mechanical and plumbing fields to his new position.
Kramper’s first project at Holland Construction Services will be working with the Holland-Pepper joint venture to oversee the MEP portion of the new $144 million Memorial Hospital-East in Shiloh, Illinois.
