Landmark Partners announced the sale of a 5-acre landsite at the corner of Elmhurst Road and Palatine Road in Prospect Heights. Total project cost is $30 million.
Senior Broker, Ron Roberti represented the purchaser, Greenbrier Senior Living, which plans on building 69 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
