Sport Clips, a men’s and boy’s haircut franchise, signed a lease in early August to open a new location in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
The new location is in the recently built Union Shoppes center on East Blue Grass Road, just east of US-127.
Tjader Gerdom and Marlette Anquetil of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented Sport Clips in the transaction. Jay Eichstaedt of PlazaCorp Realty Advisors represented the landlord. The almost 1,500-square-foot Mount Pleasant Sport Clips is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2015.
