There are many well-known retailers, restaurants, high-end apartment buildings, as well as the historic Pickwick Theatre located in the quaint downtown area. A brand new Whole Foods grocery store was recently constructed just a few blocks east.
Austin Weisenbeck, Sean Sharko, Dominic Sulo and Adrian Mendoza, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was also secured by Dominic Sulo, Sean Sharko, Austin Weisenbeck and Adrian Mendoza. The listing team procured multiple offers from both in-state and out-of-state investors.
