Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap specializing in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, has announced that John Abuja will lead the Chicago team of Marcus & Millichap’s new national IPA office and industrial division.
The division specializes in providing office and industrial property advisory, brokerage and capital markets services to institutional and major private investors through highly experienced brokerage teams across the country.
Based in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, Abuja has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2002. He is a senior director of the firm’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group, a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP). During the course of his career, he has closed more than $1.4 billion in investment property sales.
