MB Real Estate Healthcare has purchased the class A, 35,364-square-foot Centegra Health medical office building located at 420 N. Route 31 in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The transaction value was not disclosed.
The building is fully leased to Centegra Health, who recently recommitted to a long-term lease in the building. The institutional-quality asset was originally completed as a build-to-suit for McHenry County Orthopedics, which was recently acquired by Centegra Health and operates under Centegra Physician Care.
Avison Young principals, Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, represented the seller, a private investor and owner of the medical office building.
