Commercial Property Advisors recently sold Savannah Trace Townhomes, an 80-unit townhome community in Kalamazoo, Michgan.
Cary Belovicz, president of Commercial Property Advisors, represented both the seller, Savannah Trace LLC, and the buyer, Landings Kalamazoo, which already owned the adjacent apartment complex.
