Streets of St. Charles will welcome a new tenant to its mixed-use development located at Interstate 70 and South Fifth Street in St. Charles, Missouri. Orangetheory Fitness, a fast-growing fitness franchise with studio locations throughout the U.S., will open its fourth location in the metro area.

Orangetheory workouts are unique, and designed to push members into the Orange Zone during workouts, creating “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption,” or EPOC. The new studio at Streets of St. Charles will be owned and operated by Irie Fitness LLC, and will begin pre sales at special introductory rates to new members soon.

It will occupy 3,000 square feet of space on Beale Street, next to Wasabi Sushi Bar. Construction is anticipated to begin in early April, and the estimated opening date is this fall.

Orangetheory Fitness is the latest of several new tenants to be announced at Streets of St. Charles. PF Chang’s, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Noodles & Co. are currently under construction, and additional tenants are expected to be announced.
