Parkside Franklin Apartments, LLC, was the buyer and the seller was Parkside Properties, LLC.
The property offers one and two bedroom units with an average unit size of 733 square feet.
Michael Wernke, senior vice president of RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, arranged the sale of the property.
