The 91,415-square-foot Fabyan Randall Plaza, anchored by Trader Joe’s and Walgreens in Batavia, Illinois, recently sold to Dallas-based Netco Investments, Inc.
Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of the property, located at 1980 W. Fabyan Parkway. InvenTrust Properties sold the 11-acre shopping center, which is home to a Smashburger, Sports Clips, Edward Jones and Papa John’s.
In addition, a former 32,924-square-foot Circuit City and an 11,300-square-foot Office Depot on the corner of Randall Road and Fabyan Parkway have leasing opportunities.
