Athletico has signed a 4,000-square-foot long-term lease at 192 Rollins Road in Chicago’s northwest suburb of Round Lake Beach.
Joe Padorr, principal of Seneca Real Estate Group who represented the Landlord in the transaction said that what made this deal unique is that Athletico is taking a former Car-X Auto Service facility.
“This repurposing requires a complete renovation of the space to deliver a fully functional, turnkey rehab center,” Padorr said.
The Rollins Road corridor in Round Lake Beach has seen significant retail development over the past year. Meijer, their first store in Lake County, will be opening this summer. Other area tenants include Kohls, Home Depot and many national branded retail stores and QSRs.
