Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded a three-building project in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
All three speculative buildings, which measure 70,650; 154,000; and 51,600 square feet, are being developed by IDI Gazeley for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers acting on behalf of an institutional client.
Peak is teamed with Formations Architects & Planners, Inc. and Jacob & Hefner Associates.
