National Office Interiors & Liquidators recently signed a 45,621-square-foot industrial lease at 4350 N Knox in Chicago, Illinois.
The Phoenix, Arizona-based company, which specializes in selling used and new office furniture, is relocating from its current location at 711 Jackson in Chicago.
The facility features access to I-90 and I-94 and includes two interior truck docks, and several new interior upgrades.
Entre Commercial Realty‘s Brian Bocci represented the company and CBRE‘s Mitch Adams represented the owner.
