Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $10 million Fannie Mae DUS loan for Eight55 South Main Apartments, LLC, for a five-story mixed-use building in Royal Oak, Michigan.
The building includes 5,509 square feet of ground-level retail and 48 apartment units. Kevin Kovachevich of Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
