STREAM Capital Partners completed the $14.5 million sale leaseback of an industrial lumber yard portfolio composed of 13 properties in Wisconsin and Minnesota, for Consolidated Lumber.
The portfolio is comprised of more than 300,000 square feet of building area, situated on nearly 3 million square feet of land. The buyer was a REIT.
The lease is structured as a long term absolute triple net lease with periodic rent increases and multiple options for renewal. Jonathan M. Wolfe and Jordan A. Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners, represented the seller on the transaction.
