Dominium announces new additions to its Minneapolis office

Dominium announced that it has hired David Schlosser as a property accountant, Brianna Chabot as a financial reporting accountant, and Brittany Dallman as a project assistant.

As a property accountant, Schlosser will be producing monthly financial reports for multiple properties, approving invoices for payment, and working with community managers to ensure a professional environment for residents. He received bachelor’s degrees in biology and accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Previously, he worked at Westport Properties and provided monthly financial reporting for 20 properties as well as company record management.

As a financial reporting accountant, Chabot will oversee and record value event transactions such as acquisitions, refinances, resyndications, sales and buyouts. She will also manage cash flow forecasting and investment management reporting. Chabot holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rasmussen College and is working toward a master’s degree in forensic accounting from the New England College. Previous to her work with Dominium, she worked at Sherman Associates where she prepared financial statements for internal and external reporting and assisted the accounting department in streamlining and auditing their processes.

As a project assistant, Dallman will assist with multi-family project development, prepare finance and equity packages as well as the coordination of due diligence items for lenders and equity institutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a specialization in professional selling from St. Cloud State University. Previous to her work with Dominium, she generated sales leads and maintained the Salesforce.com CRM system as a Business Development Representative at Infor Global Solutions.
