Steve Stradal of Avison Young St. Louis represented Carondelet Holdings LLC in the sale of 8221 Minnesota Ave. in St. Louis.
The property is a 22,259-square-foot renovated historic school buiding. goBrandgo, a marketing and brand management firm, purchased the building.
Known as Carondelet School, the property was built in 1871 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The property underwent a $4.8 million renovation in 2009.
The new owner plans to occupy the building. Gershman Commercial Real Estate represented goBrandgo.
