Detroit-based District Capital Detroit recently closed a $20.5 million short-term acquisition bridge loan for an apartment project.
The loan closed in 30 days, allowing the sponsor to complete its 1031 Exchange. The fast closing left the sponsor with the necessary time to stabilize the asset for permanent financing.
