Income Property Organization based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, has been named one of the nation’s top real estate brokers and brokerages through the CoStar Group’s annual Power Broker Award program.

The CoStar Power Broker award recognizes companies like IPO that complete the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals and leads in their respective markets. Based on the CoStar award metrics, IPO measured better than other active brokers in their market, setting them atop the profession in Michigan.

IPO saw continued growth in 2019 with demand for the sale of multifamily units, brokering the sale of 74 multifamily communities across Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. The IPO deals during 2019 represented nearly $250 million in sales volume.

IPO’s sales cover all the major regional markets, including Detroit, Metro Detroit, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Saginaw, Bay City, Flint, Indianapolis, Columbus and Cleveland.

The Bloomfield Hills firm has been ranked in Michigan’s top 10 brokerage firms by CoStar seven times in the past nine years (2011, 2013, 2015-18).
