Deerfield, Illinois-based The Jacobs Companies, and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties Developer Services, have announced the closeout of Phase I of Gateway Northbrook, a 68-residence townhome community in Northbrook, Illinois. Sales on the second phase are now underway.
Located at Shermer Road and Church Street, Gateway Northbrook has three homes available for immediate delivery in Phase I. The three-bedroom townhomes range from 2,487 to 2,740 square feet and feature two full baths, one or two half baths, open living areas, first-floor flex space and an attached two-car garage. Pricing on remaining Phase I homes starts at $750,000.

Phase II homes will have the option to add a rooftop deck measuring approximately 300 square feet.
