Houston-based RESOLUT RE (formerly Retail Solutions) has brokered five leases and one sale in the Austin, Dallas and Houston markets.
An undisclosed buyer has purchased a 2,544-square-foot, freestanding building at 5848 Highway 6 North in Houston. Benny Nguyen of RESOLUT RE represented the buyer while H. Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial represented the seller.
Also in Houston, PPS Parking Services leased land at Westwood Village Shopping Center; RESOLUT RE’s Nguyen and Eric Broussard represented the landlord. Horne, LLP has leased 2,600 square feet at 1603 Lakeville Drive in Kingwood. Davis Amanyisye of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Adam McAlpine represented the landlord.
In Austin, Clever Bakery has leased 1,242 square feet at 1115 E. 11th Street. Andrew Perkel of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant while Ron Meyeres of Upside Ventures represented the landlord.
Finally, there were two leases in the Dallas metro. RESOLUT RE’s Sam Hartley and Stephanie Jacobs Pirtek in their 6,092-square-foot lease at 5001 N. Freeway in Fort Worth; Jeff Givens and Todd Hawpe of Transwestern represented the landlord. Trinity Browz has leased 1,200 square feet at Shops at Three Eighty in Prosper. Brian Sladek and Chris Flesner of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
