Berkadia closed the sale of a 580-unit multifamily portfolio consisting of two properties in Columbus, Ohio.
The transaction was completed by Managing Director Jason Krug, Director Carly Dietz, Senior Managing Director Kevin Dillon, Senior Director Rick Brace, Managing Director Rick Vidrio and Directors Charley Henneghan and Corey Krug of Berkadia’s Great Lakes Team.
This sale was completed on behalf of the seller, Michigan-based Dietz Property Group.
The properties in this portfolio include:
• The Villages at Waggoner Park, at 8181 Herald Cove, features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The 400-unit community includes amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center and a bark park. Residents are afforded convenient access to the shops and restaurants along E. Broad St.
• The Residences at Eastpointe Ridge, located at 55 Eastpointe Ridge Drive, features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The 180-unit community includes a 24-hour fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool. Residents are afforded convenient access to Civic Park and Interstate 270.
