Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been engaged by Sidra Real Estate Inc. to provide office leasing services for two buildings in Houston’s Riverway submarket: 2 Riverway, a 369,479-square-foot office building, and 4900 Woodway, a 122,899-square-foot office building.
The Transwestern office leasing team of senior vice president Louann Pereira, senior managing director Doug Little, and senior associate Matthew Seliger will represent the building owner.
