Bellomy & Co. announced the sale of Spicewood Super Storage in Spicewood, Texas, 35 miles northwest of Austin. The Class A property comprises 235 units in 89,260 square feet.
Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson of Bellomy & Co. represented Envision2 Properties LLC, the Horseshoe Bay, Texas-based seller. The team also procured the Houston-based buyer, Spicewood Storage LLC.
