Cushman & Wakefield has represented Vanderlande Industries in its lease at Smith/Hallemann Partners’ Governor’s Pointe Office Park in Mason, Ohio.
Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Scott Abernethy and Senior Associate Michelle Klingenberg represented Smith/Hallemann, while Vice Chair Jeff Bender and Associate Seattle Stein represented Amsterdam-based Vanderlande Industries.
Vanderlande Industries will occupy the 4705 Duke Drive building in October.
“Governor’s Pointe and Deerfield Township are an ideal location for our Cincinnati operations,” said Sean Wallingford, President, North America, of Vanderlande Industries. “The office park’s amenity base, access to Interstate 71 and the township’s business-friendly tax climate all made Governor’s Pointe and Deerfield Township a compelling choice.”
The 4705 Duke Drive building includes a large marketplace and break area on the first floor, as well as plentiful outdoor seating and a walking trail around the park. Additionally, the 141,000-square-foot building offers I-71 visibility and proximity to 13 hotels and approximately 40 restaurants within two miles, as well a Deerfield Township’s 0% local earnings tax.
