Pogoda Companies purchased six new self-storage properties that increase the company’s portfolio by 2,114 u nits and 240,757 square feet.
Pogoda now has 51 self-storage locations with more than 3.5 million square feet in the Michigan and Ohio markets.
The six new locations are spread across the Grand Rapids and Detroit MSAs. All were built within the last five years, and all have been rebranded as National Storage Centers.
The new locations are in Bryon Center, Georgetown, Grand Rapids, Jefferson-Port Sheldon, Livonia and Walker.
