Lunchbox Wax will soon open in the 1,513-square-foot pad site space at RPT Realty’s Troy Marketplace at the southwest quadrant of Big Beaver and Rochester Roads in Troy, Michigan.
This is the salon’s first Michigan location among its about 50 locations across the United States.
Zack Gross of The Greenberg Group represented Lunchbox Wax. The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Tjader Gerdom, Michael Murphy and Larry Siedell represented RPT Realty in lease negotiations.
