Marcus & Millichap closes the sale of a White Castle ground lease of 2,584 square feet in Seymour, Indiana.
The property sold for $600,000.

The White Castle is located at 1970 E. Tipton St. in Seymour near the interchange of Highway 50 and Interstate 65. The buyer was selected in the first week of marketing and went from contract to close in 24 days.
