The commercial real estate market in Columbus remains a resilient one, with several sectors — including multifamily, retail and industrial — holding strong while even the beleaguered office sector shows signs of improvement.
That’s the big takeaway from Midwest Real Estate News’ 12th annual Columbus Commercial Real Estate Summit held July 30 at The Grand Event Center in Columbus.
Speakers at the summit focused on both the challenges that the Columbus market faces and the success stories that it has enjoyed.

The first panel of the summit, the Apartment Market Update & Forecast: Opportunities & Challenges session, focused on the resilient nature of the Columbus-area multifamily sector.
