Steven H. Tick, SIOR, Principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, announced that ABC Supply Co., Inc. (“ABC Supply”) plans to open a new wholesale location in the Peoria market in early 2015. Towards that end, they have completed a new long term lease for 46,868 square feet of space in East Peoria, IL.
Tick has represented ABC Supply for more than 10 years, but in this transaction he represented ownership, a private LLC, along with Tom Camper of Joseph & Camper Commercial.
ABC Supply will relocate from their current East Peoria location to 399 Truck Haven Road, a 46,868 sq. ft. industrial distribution facility built in 1990. It includes 4,340 square feet of office space and sits on 4.58 acres. The metal construction, metal-roofed building boasts 50 exterior docks, one drive-in door, two ramp doors for forklift use, and 14′ to 16′ clear ceiling heights. A concrete paved lot provides 30 parking spaces with enough room for abundant trailer parking and outside storage.
