Absolute Machine Tools has purchased a 26,000-square-foot industrial building located at 2475 Millennium Drive in Elgin. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the seller, a private trust, and Dan Brown of Brown Commercial Group represented the buyer in the transaction. This acquisition represents an expansion into the Chicago market for Absolute Machine Tools.
Separately, Pasquale Esposito has purchased an 11,700-square-foot manufacturing building located at 72 E. Sauk Trail in South Chicago Heights. Brian Vanosky, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the seller, South Holland Paper Company, and John Basile of Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction.
