Accesso, a fully integrated investment manager and operator of multi-tenant office and multifamily assets, has signed nearly 60,000 square feet in leases at the IDS Center in Minneapolis.
The leases include several prominent and credit-quality firms spanning multiple industries, including finance, legal and business consulting.
New agreements at the IDS Center total 57,113 square feet, and include Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, Husch Blackwell LLP and WiseFool, as well as renewals with Bremer Bank National Association, Mattel Sales Corp. and Lathrop GPM.
The IDS Center is a 1.42 million-square-foot, 57-story Class-A office tower, urban park and retail center. The property celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022, and in 2021, completed an extensive renovation of its Crystal Court. The newly signed tenants at the property join other newcomers Gordon Rees and MedTrace Pharma Inc.
