Ace Relocation Systems, Inc., represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, has acquired a 50,000-square-foot, 4.5-acre build-to-suit at Brewster Creek Business Park in Bartlett, Illinois.
The transportation and logistics company provides professional relocation services for local, national and international moves. It chose Brewster Creek after searching for a larger and more efficient floor plan for its Illinois facility.
Ace Relocation System’s new facility will feature 32′ clear ceilings, seven exterior dock doors, one drive-in door, over 40 trailer and tractor parking stalls, and 4,000 square feet of office space.
Located in DuPage County, 35 miles west of downtown Chicago at the intersection of Stearns Road and Munger Road, Brewster Creek is a 670-acre mixed-use business park. It features fully improved sites ranging from two acres to more than 50 acres for purchase, build-to-suit or lease.
