MoZaic, a mixed-use development in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, is now 91 percent occupied thanks to the signing of new leases with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and F2 Intelligence Group and the expansion of Hyde Development.
MoZaic, developed and operated by The Ackerberg Group, is located at 1350 Lagoon Ave.
Marcus & Millichap leased 5,645 square feet at the building. Hyde Development has been a tenant at MoZaic since 2012 and has doubled the size of its space at the building to 3,006 square feet.
