Boston-based High Street Realty Company announced the hiring of Adam Naparsteck as the new market leader for the firm’s Midwest regional office in Chicago. In his new role, Naparsteck will execute the investment strategies of High Street’s discretionary funds and joint-ventures within the Chicagoland market as well as maintain overall responsibility for portfolio performance within his region.
Naparsteck joins High Street after 12 years in industrial real estate brokerage, most recently with NAI Hiffman. He has represented numerous institutional clients including Blackstone, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust and Dermody Properties. Naparsteck primarily focused on institutional quality assets, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of industrial facilities.
Naparsteck’s background on tenant and landlord representation will further enhance the existing team’s reach within the brokerage community. Naparsteck is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
