Adelphia Properties announced the sale of a single-tenant, absolute net-leased Kindercare Learning Center property.
The 6,173-square-foot freestanding building located in Palatine, Illinois, had 4.5 years remaining on the lease term with two five-year options. Generated multiple offers, sold at 99% of list price that closed in 14 days.
The property was sold to a private Investor for $1.6 million. Adelphia Properties’ Simeon Spirrison, CCIM represented the seller, a private Investor.
