Adelphia Properties arranges 14,000-SF retail lease in Elmhurst

Adelphia Properties’ Simeon Spirrison, CCIM and George Spirrison, CCIM represented the landlord in a 14,000-square-foot retail lease at 630 W. Lake Street in Elmhurst, Illinois a northwest suburb of Chicago. Throw Nation, one of the first Axe Throw Bars in the country, will occupy the retail space.
